Monthly Programming

At E & M Athletics, our monthly programming is designed to deliver comprehensive, results-driven workouts that cater to every fitness level. Each week includes five full-body workouts, ensuring you build muscle, gain strength, and improve cardiovascular health, whether you train once a week or every day. Our carefully structured schedule alternates focus between anterior and posterior muscle groups, with Fridays dedicated to arms and abs. On the weekends, we up the intensity with conditioning workouts that get your heart pumping and sweat flowing. Join us and experience a balanced routine that will keep you progressing toward your fitness goals.

Small Group Personal Training Class

We run a 6 AM class, tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, with modifications provided to ensure you get the most out of each session. Perfect for all fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike. Ethan and Max will lead you through a series of dynamic, functional movements that will not only sculpt your physique but also skyrocket your performance to new heights. Ever attended a disappointing group fitness class? You know the kind - chaotic, impersonal, and lacking in genuine coaching. At E & M, our focus is not to make you go from one thing to the next just to make you tired, our focus is to make you better. We create structured training plans rooted in science and real-world results. You'll push your limits with a mix of weightlifting, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, all designed to challenge every muscle group.

Open Gym

The gym is open all day to our members. During open hours Ethan and Max are available to field any questions. We also offer to our members 24-hour access. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, our extensive hours will ensure that you can fit a workout into your day whenever it works best for you.

1 on 1 Training

Our one-on-one personal training program provides a customized workout plan tailored to your goals, fitness level, and limitations. Ethan and Max use their experience and evidence-based methods to challenge and guide you, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your athletic performance, our program is the perfect solution to help you achieve your goals. Experience the difference personalized training makes with how you interact with exercise. We offer personalized sessions for a half hour, forty-five minutes, or an hour.
